Hello everyone, I recently just installed a catless dp and am finding that the car makes less pops now after a 1 week then when I first installed it. Case and point on downshifting from 3rd to 2nd, it makes zero. When I first put it on, it made same amount of pops just louder. Im on stock tune, and I also have a permanent o2 sensor code(p0136 code) yet no CEL since I run a cat sim. I understand pops are not for everyone but I like them. Is my o2 sensor bad or do i just need a tune.

okay, the reason I ask is the JB4 takes control of the active exhaust and lessens pops and cracks unless specifically turned off….carry on.

i don't understand why you would get less pops with the downpipe?
It has to be the ecu, its wierd however, going back to the point I made earlier when downshifting from 3 to 2, It really only doesnt pop when you go from the highest down shiftable rpm in 3rd (so like 3700 rpm or so), and as soon you press the gas and let off again in 2nd, it pops normally.
