I wanted to make a quick thread about a place that has opened up in Columbus, OH. We had a shop like this on the military base and I always thought it was a fantastic idea and something the community would always need. Well, a father and son duo had the same motivation and they did it. Been open about 4-5 months now (OCT 2026) and its perfect. Some of you on here may have already been by as there were a good amount of people at the opening and 614whips helped with a meet. Smaller place but plenty of room. About 4-5 bays I think, with lifts. Dave and Ben are incredibly nice and they are just getting after it. Spoke to Dave a bit about his BMWs so he has some familiarity with the engine.
Pricing is reasonable imo and each bay comes with a tool box with a good amount of standard tools. Air-systems for tools, fluid disposal. VERY clean facility.
They even have memberships that I saw which despite not planning on being there every few months, I may just get as you get free shop hours each quarter, and I want to support any way that I can.
With dealerships and manufactures seemingly doing everything they can to lock us out of being able to work on our vehicles, this place has to succeed!
Lets get this place dripping with business, we need places like this!!
