Just got my 2020 Supra LE back from the dealer today after a 2-week repair on a bricked head unit. Hit a deer on the way home

I'm gonna guess gps/nav...

It sucks man, especially as you just got it back. Bumper and hood are one thing but headlights... Hopefully insurance covers all. At least you're hopefully fine.

It had something to do with the rear cam recall that required an update. The initial update failed and nav stopped working after the attempt.

Yeah, it sucks, but thankfully, I'm fine. Insurance covers all, which is good. Headlight is $1700 each, sheesh...

Damn. Sucks to see this. There are a lot of deer in my area and I am always worried about driving on certain roads at night because of it. Glad you’re ok and hopefully the car gets repaired quickly.

Hey all, just wanted to post an update:

Just got the car back from the shop after a couple months. New hood, grill, and bumper. Headlights are on stop sale, unfortunately and it's still unknown on when Toyota will be releasing them again. So do not damage those headlights! I'm glad the shop cut and filed the shattered pieces of the headlight covers. Surprisingly, all of the LED's are still working, including the DRL's, so they don't look as bad at night . Will bring it back to the shop once they get the headlights from Toyota - hopefully soon!

I'm glad that they at least were able to source things and get it done!!

I don't know if it's the angle of the picture, but that bumper doesn't look to be fitted correctly. Is that a fish lens? Headlamp drl line don't look right. There is a larger gap between the bumper.
