I didn’t have any issues before the rebuild. I just knew with big turbo and E85 my time was coming. Not sure on my torque. I was running 30 pounds at the time I built it. So probably wouldn’t have lasted much longer.

Good to know. I am still on the stock trans with with similar boost on pump gas and water/meth. I have to avoid 30+ PSI 5-6 shifts as this can cause soft "flaired" shifts which is torque induced clutch pack slippage. Therefore I need to do what you just did. I am impressed at the torque these ZF trans will hold. Does your trans build handle 38+ PSI 5-6 shifts without issue now?

Yeah that 5-6 shift is weak. I was always told when doing a pull just stay out of 6th. Not to sure yet. I would assume so. I am still doing the break in period.
