I also have a VW winter mobile, but it's AWD. Sadly, the winter so far has been mild and rainy. This photo is from last year.

Mine for the past decade has been the MT FRS with winter tires. Mostly with Blizzaks 3PMSF rated. It has been a blast. Gave few scares here n there but the fun, the slides, was well worth it!
Served it's snow duties alongside the Supra as well.
Hasn't terribly snowed yet in Michigan. Bad for this n that, but I hope it continues like this.

2012 WRX hatch with Blizzaks. It does a great job, never encountered a road it couldn’t handle.
