Door didn't close

I exited my Supra earlier today and when I went to close it, the door jam slammed into the latch and didn't close.

Took a few minutes to figure out but I had to reopen the door from the inside, I could feel the door jam in the door unlock properly when I did. Before that happened though, the car locked itself and then set the alarm off while inside it.

Anyone else seen this happen? Pretty embarrassing to happen in the parking lot of the restaurant.
