Guess I’m going to need a wiring diagram

Looks very good, pretty clean!Thank you for this thread! This weekend I installed footwell/rear speaker lights.
I used 2 unused fuse locations - one in the front (footwell lights), one in the rear (speaker lights). Cables and lights are completely hidden and it all looks very clean.
Everything turns on when the doors open and turns off 6 minutes after locking the doors.
Thanks all who contributed to this thread. I couldn’t be happier with the result! I know this stuff is pretty easy in terms of modifications but I’ve never done anything like this, so I’m going to take the win on this
We don't have the wiring for footwell lighting on US spec'd cars. Best thing to do is to buy some LED strips and wire them in.Hello, I'm trying to add the Footwell lights to my 21 3.0 Premium (US model). Anyone have an idea what the part number is for the Pigtail connector to the 81080-WAA01 LED Lamps?
Right, I wanted to make the install look nice and clean by ordering the proper connectors for the lamps and power them by tapping into the fuse panel (either F46 or F62). Just curious if anyone knew what type of connector these lights require and where to order them.We don't have the wiring for footwell lighting on US spec'd cars. I wonder if you can somehow tap in with the exterior door handle courtesy light. I believe those come on when you open the doors at night and as you unlock the car for first few seconds.Right, I wanted to make the install look nice and clean by ordering the proper connectors for the lamps and power them by tapping into the fuse panel (either F46 or F62). I would think that it would be easier to access the interior dome light and pull a wire along the A pillar down? Assuming it lights up when the doors are opened on US cars?I wonder if you can somehow tap in with the exterior door handle courtesy light. You could use a relay if you're afraid of overloading the circuit.
Just a suggestion ??
Brilliant! Actually, I would imagine the Gray/Yellow wire coming in from the door, wouldn't be hard to locate and tap into in the footwell area. Then again it's real tight in that area last I looked.
