Ive read that e30-50 is around the sweet spot.

but with a LPFP and PI is there any benefit to running full e?

at least while still on stock trans and turbo?

yes

no
on a stock turbo, you would gain power, but passed the transmission limits

another benefit is being able to pour full E rather than calculating a blend

So would you say running full e on stock trans isnt much of a good idea, Im not looking to race just occasional pulls

from the ~E77 tunes i've seen, most of the gains are torque. if you're on stock trans and have a tune that limits the torque values, you won't gain enough horsepower to justify the costs of the upgraded fuel system. so, correct, not a good idea. once you upgrade your clutches, sure. if you're itching to spend money though, can look at intake manifolds for cooling ;)

You can run full e on stock turbo / trans. Just have your tuner limit torque

Great question. I was curious myself what would happen if you get your mixture wrong and ran higher level of e.

You can setup the interpolation tables to bring everything down with higher levels of E if the fuel system can't support it at higher power.

Something like this, and setting the base tables as more of the neutered map. This is an exaggerated example of course.
