What are your thoughts and experience? Anyone invest yet I plan on doing it looks cool to go with the look of the supra to me.

I'm hearing no auto start for the supra? This true? Can we program that in on bimmercode?

Oh man less then 12hrs before I drive off in mine man I can't even control myself.

Only time I take my fob out of my pocket is to put it in my kitchen drawer after driving the car.

Got enough shit to maintain the charge of. Don't need a key fob to be one of them and have to worry about getting locked out. Plus, that slow screen would drive me insane.

Comfort access is ok. I have it on X6 and it does get annoying when you're walking around the car, in the garage, driveway.... Locks, unlocks, locks, unlocks. Fold mirror unfold mirror. Take trash out. Repeat. I've yet to disable it. Holding the door handle is good enough.

That's a good perspective haven't got mine yet to really Guage the importance was bite by the mod bug. They have diff ones

While I've never figured it was worth much (as a guy) - making tactile buttons for everything except the panic button seems to defeat the purpose entirely. Especially since every other function is already possible simply by interacting with the car itself.

"Hang on Mr. Parking-Lot-Rapist... I need to swipe at my keyfob and switch menus before attempting to foil your advances."

On the upside (I guess) - $275 for an additional keyfob isn't a bad price at all considering what it costs from the dealership.

I was thinking the same thing. Unfortunately you won’t be getting an additional key fob. Their website says “This is a 1 to 1 modification and the donor key you send will no longer work afterwards.”

If it was an additional key, this would be a fantastic deal. I’d really like their minimalist key (https://gatesinnovations.com/collec...ey-fob-modification-service-e-f-g-a9x-chassis) but I don’t want to lose a standard fob.

Yikes, HARD pass for me, not to mention it will require charging and the screen is small compared to to the overall size of the key....like @zrk said kinda gimmicky

I've tested crazier shit lol, could be cool the walk away lock feature is dope not sure if our oem keys do it or the approach unlock. Least a forum member can give real feedback huh lol

I'm sure I turned that off in the first couple days, but it's been awhile so maybe I imagined that. I pretty much always have my keys on me, so it would be more likely to run the battery down by waking the car up every time I went to get/return tools, etc. from the garage.

Although now I usually leave it unlocked in the garage anyway... because leaving or returning in the other car would set the alarm off.
