I have the temporary "build" vin, (whatever it's called) is there a way to follow the stages of production without having to bother the dealer?

Mine is currently sitting in Newark, waiting to get on a train. Does anyone know the typical leadtime to get to the dealer once it hits US shores? I'm in the Chicagoland area.

Well mine took months. It landed Stateside in July, didn't get to dealer till October.

My manual Supra's build date was 4/18. My sales guy just told me that the car was supposed to ship around 6/18, now it was moved back to 8/18. Something is going on for sure. Car will have been sitting at the port for a while if it even ships by 8/18/23!! He said his General Manager was going to look into it.

The best thing you can do.......not track your SUPRA.. Been there and done that.

From tracking the Vessel from Zeebrugge to Baltimore.....to sitting.....to transit......to dealer.......to my garage.

It IS cliche.......but, "A WATCHED POT NEVER BOILS"

Agreed, it seems to change whenever the wind blows. My sales guy just called and said now it is showing as leaving port on 6/24 and arriving in USA on 7/5/23.

My sales person said mine is getting on a boat on 06/24, but can’t give me a vessel name or any other info. If I knew what the port of entry was on this end that’d help narrow things down a lot.

I know it’s pointless to obsess over where the car is until it’s actually headed to the dealer on a truck, but wanted to have fun tracking it nonetheless.

Mine is due to ship on 6/24/23. IIRC he said my port was Zeebruegge. I see they have a RoRo ship named Morning Capo leaving on 6/24/23. If that is so, our cars are probably on the same ship! What color did you get? Me? Nocturnal.

Sales guy sent me an update this morning. My 2023 MT Supra Premium shipped from Belgium on the 20th on the Morning Calypso. It's near Nova Scotia right now. Hopefully it will be at the dealer by the end of July!

Still no updates from my sales guy. Guess I’ll reach out to see if he has any info. I’ve been tracking the Morning Capo closely since you posted about it. Wouldn’t be surprised if I’m on Calypso though.

I took a guess on the Morning Capo, but it left later on 6/25/23. It looks like the Morning Calypso left on 6/20/23 from Zeebrugge which matches the image my sales guy texted me. At least it's moving.

My car ended up missing both the 06/20 and 06/24 boats. It now has an estimated departure of 07/14 and arrival of 07/26. No idea what boat that could potentially be as there are no dates I can find that align with that.

I'm just gonna stop paying attention until it actually arrives at port and I start getting more useful info from the toyota-tracker website.
