Not intentionally throwing shade but how do folks with this level of diligence (or care) in their spelling and grammar ever get jobs at companies where important information and context is shared daily via email........blows my mind.

LOL, probably. I don't work with those types of folks though I shamelessly follow a bunch of them on YT.

It's alarming the percentage of 20-30 somethings that literally give 0 F's.
They're the same ones who also don't understand why they get immediately ghosted in their dating app chats and can't find anyone worthwhile, even though study after study proves that poor grammar and/or spelling is an instant deal breaker for as many as 48% of respondents.

It sure is for me, because abysmal grammar can only indicate one of two truths; either that person is just plain stupid, or they are extremely lazy and don't feel like putting forth the minimal effort required to carry on a proper conversation, even though the tools to do so are already built-into their device. In either instance, they lost my interest upfront and I have zero time for such people.

Everything you asked has already been posted and commented on extensively in this forum, the search function at the top could have saved you some fire from the community; the punctuation and grammar, not so much. ?
