JB4 e30 Best OTS Map?

we have the same mods, except for wheels and intake. i have a custom map 6, if you want to test it out on yours best i’ve run was 9.3 sec 60-130

Sorry man, I have not yet. I'm in the PNW so it's real easy to get lazy with driving the car. Any rain and traction control takes a sec to get the wheels under control. More power will just make it worse, haha.

Watch out running MAP 5 without a tune. Run a log file and ideally send it to Terry or Ando at Burger to review and make sure your ok, you can also post to datazap.me I think and post the link to your logs here so a few of us can take a peek and see if it’s out of whack.

I was running the same combo on mine and my fuel trims were maxing at 49, AFR starting creeping into the 15’s and timing was dropping to single digits. I am also running FBO with E30 Just on a 2020. There maybe some slight diff’s between 20/21 check… The stock tune only has so much room and that seemed to be pushing it to it’s max.

Map 4 seemed to also be way up there as well but not quite maxed out. You can run logs on both and then also do a log on map 3 (+6 additive) map 4 and 5 are absolute targets (20 and 22 respectively). The 21’s had a bit higher boost from the factory so you might be ok but better safe then sorry.

Also with logs when you see how it’s doing you can have someone like Jesse DeBears make a custom map 6 based on how your car is performIng to get the most out it without a full DME tune.
