Leather seat discoloration

Hey everyone,
2022 Supra 3.0 premium with the red leather interior, I noticed recently on the driver side headrest there’s this dark discoloration/stain, and nothing I’ve tried seems to get rid of it. I’ve tried leather cleaner, interior cleaner, etc. with horsehair brushes and microfibers too. At best it seems to temporarily get lighter, before the dark smudge returns again. Anyone experience this/have any ideas? I’ve had the car for about 11 months now.

That's annoying and seems weird. If you manage to get rid of it, protect it GTechnic leather guard with bio cote so it's fully protected.

I’ve never dyed my hair, obsessively clean so I honestly don’t know what it is.

Ok, so based on the comments/questions, the common denominator here is that it’s happening due to wear and tear.

No hats, although I do wear hoodies occasionally. Beanie for a while in the winter but not anymore.
