So I ended up ordering the Billetworkz titanium piston knob with retainer. Like you said, there is noticeable rattle from the retainer. I ended up putting a little Super Lube mutli-purpose synthetic grease around the inside of the retainer and adapter shaft. No more rattle. Might be worth a try if you'd want to run the retainer. But they should probably revise that part so that's not necessary.

The knob looks fantastic.

I will definitely try the retainer with grease. Thanks for sharing your experience.

I see you have a Stitch Boots boot! I’m having her make me one. When she sent it to you, how did you attach it to the plastic piece that snaps into the center console?
