Has anyone talked to Gulf States Toyota dealerships and asked when Texas is going to start getting some 2021s? I see Alabama Georgia and Florida getting theres, but Texas.... not yet?
They are in Texas (Houston). I can't speak for Dallas / Austin as I stopped cross-shopping two weeks ago.

There should be ZERO markup on MY2021. The only “markup” should be paying MSRP for mass manufactured car that’s going on discount in a couple months

Any word on when they are going to get trucked to dealerships. During the MY20 debut all the dealerships were showing them in inventory about 2 weeks before they actually got them on the lot. Is that what were looking at here? at least another 2 weeks before they see the light of day?

They're still doing markups? Especially during the pandemic?!?!?!!
Nah I bet I'll find better deals more than the ones with the markup

I would say that is a safe bet, two weeks.

Noticed a couple 2021's locally on Autotrader. $67,704 and $62.645.... What is wrong with dealerships? Do they not remember sitting on inventory a few months ago.

Since my 2021 looks like its gonna be totaled out, I started looking for a new one.. Culver City Toyota has an absolute zero on the way, just quoted me 78,200.. What a joke!.. I actually got upset, and messaged them back telling them plenty other dealerships are letting them go for sticker, and "shame on them!" lol

Probably just taking advantage of low inventory. If they throw a high number and people come back and end up paying just a few k over msrp they still get that extra money.
