Not to my knowledge; never tried though.

I can play videos through Samsung screen mirroring on my phone and turning off the the " disable videos while in motion" setting in bimmercode. I was never able to do it with an iPhone, however I didn't try too hard since I mostly use Android.

I'm 99% sure this is a hard no and a limitation set by Apple, not Toyota/BMW.
