Yeah, the extra $6,385 is not cool, but I definitely feel like that is just something they list so that you think it is a great deal to pay MSRP when they deduct that amount. You gotta be fucking kidding me. If someone’s dumb enough to fall for this shit they deserve it.
My car had one of those price boosters on it when I looked at it. My Supra was a Toyota corporate executive's demo with 10,000 miles on it. The dealership had one of their extra cost stickers on it bringing the 2022 Supra A91 CF Edition list to over $81,000. I paid just over $53,000 for it and the warranty period and mileage limits were the same as a new car, ie the mileage limit was increased by 10,000 miles more than the normal limit for a new car and the time limit started when I drove the car home, just like it would have been for a new car. The title indicates that I am the first owner. I wouldn't have bought the car new for anything more than MSRP and I definitely wasn't going to pay anything near MSRP for a "corporate executive's used car". In fact, I almost walked out of the showroom when I saw the $81,000 plus sticker price. The sales manager at the time was the individual that I talked to about the final cost which surprised me a lot.
So, if anyone is looking for a blue or white MT 2024 Supra, I would give them a call and make sure that the price doesn't include the extras. You might even be able to get it for less than MSRP. If they want more, just say "Goodby" and leave the showroom or hang up the phone.
