No exhaust valve actuator - will this throw a code?

Whilst waiting for my unit to be repaired by Akrapovic I'm going to re-fit the stock rear silencer, however the actuator has gone back with the Akrapovic unit.

Will I get any codes/errors running without the valve actuator? If so I assume I can just nuke it out with BM3?

It will create a soft code but won’t trip a CEL. You can buy a canceller from BMW if you don’t want the code. It’s like $20 I think. I have one on my car and it works.
