Port Injection kit or meth kit with the pure800 turbo?

Whats up guys,
I am currently running the e50 tune by f80 paul on my supra. I am wondering if a meth injection kit or port injection kit is recommended with the pure800? Also is the pure800 turbo safe on the b58?

you can run without port injection but you are leaving a lot of power on the table without it. Safely you might make 550... 600+ is possible with port. I would go port over meth if you can.
