Done. Fitment was great for the most part aside from a few clip fittings into stock molding for the side skirts but I feel like that's typical. Install for the driver's side was easier than the passenger side due to the windshield washer fluid reservoir, which was an absolute nightmare. I had to change some of the bolt fastener clips around to even make the install possible.

Good work on the install. These fenders are pretty wild, for sure.

Say more about the paint matched vinyl - I’ve got a tungsten Supra also and this sounds interesting…

yellow is one of the worst colors because accent colors all clash. red and yellow, are you ronald mcdonald? black and yellow, do you think you're batman* or something? blue and yellow, are you a middle aged HR lady that really likes minions?

The paint matched vinyl was purchased at ColorMatchWrap.com using Toyota Tungsten D02 as the paint code for the tungsten. Paid an outrageous $300 for a 4.5'x3' piece, but it matches perfectly. I had a wrap shop do the install because I was not about to risk messing that up. The feedback from the wrap shop was that the vinyl did not want to work (stretch/adhere) with heat as well as their typical brands, which honestly is to be expected but it worked. I would say the fenders were probably the max workable surface size for the application.

Thanks for the info and appreciate the real-world feedback. In pics the color looks spot on.

Not to my eye. Its a fraction lighter than the stock paint.
Probably not an issue though as it's going to get road trash all over it from the front tyre.

White has to be the most boring colour for this car and I've never understood its popularity. I said what I said.
I refuse to accept this ?

the pearl metallic makes all the difference, believe me, I was pissed when I didn't get CU or Stratosphere like I ordered, but its unreal in the sun. Looks like burnout A91. The black/red/white is so iconic. In the shade, I admit its nothing special.

I am strongly anti non-metallic paint, just doesn't work for me usually. Favorite angle comparison:

Yea I like the pearl white in the sun. Many colours look way better in the sunlight and when clean. Our DD Mazda is the "Mazda red" the best red I've ever seen. Looks amazing when clean and in the sunlight a combination I have trouble maintaining in Melbourne weather.

Mazda colors are great. My wife has a Blue Mica signature '23 Cx5, properly great paint for the price. I'll let you all get back to the Adro talk though ?

I for one am not convinced on it. Stock is awkward at some angles, this is just awkward at different angles lol.

? ? ?

Firstly, it's just an opinion!

Secondly, I just think white blends in with all the regular NPC traffic. The photo below kind of illustrates my point. Whatever that red POS is in the background, it clearly stands out, while every other car is just a shade of black/white/grey/silver.. just like most cars on the road today.

I don't think sports cars should ever blend: Everything about them is meant to stand out: Design, performance, handling, noise, colour, etc.

But yes, I agree the pearlescent paint does make it pop more.. looks good in that pic, despite the other bullshit I said. ?

Finally got a chance to pull it out of garage and take a good look at it since it’s been gloomy and wet in HTX for last few days. Got some better pics to share. This unlike the old oem bumper looks good in pics and even better in person. It’s definitely sleeker and something about the new slanted nose part that makes the car look a little bit more exotic to me. I know looks are subjective so not knocking the oem bumper, it was just never my cup of tea. I also finally snagged this vanity plate that’s been eluding me for years to boot! Anywho carry on!

I just got a Supra and just placed an order on the Adro side skirts. Do they come with pre drilled holes or do you have to drill the holes yourself? Sick build!

Thanks, you drill yourself. Comes with kit that includes bolts and double sided tape.

Haha no offense taken, I totally get your point. Wouldn't have kept the car without the pearlescent.

To me, the car is plenty flashy as is. I already get more attention than I would like sometimes. ?

When installing the side skirts and rear spats. Do you have to remove the OEM side skirts to install the Adro ones? Similar to the rea sparts do you have remove the OEM ones or are those just a layover?
