I have an ECU that can be unlocked and tuned. What kind of gains can I expect to gain without changing downpipe or exhaust (completely stock)?

You leave a good amount of power and torque on the table without upgrading the downpipe though. If you aren't looking to go catless and not be insanely loud go with an AMS or AA catted DP. Sounds great paired to stock catback. You can snag one up used on here for a discount I have one barley used available as well mate

Having a catless downpipe can get you an additional 30-40whp. Most people don’t realize but just a tune itself can pick you considerable amount of power/tq over stock.

Thank you all for sharing your thoughts, but I have decided not to add a downpipe. I do have a HKS exhaust cat back. I am currently seeking a tuner in near SW Ohio.

I have a tunable ECU and getting another 50 75 hp with fit my need and I won't have to worry about pushing the car to hard.
