Yeah, it can be. It's a little easier if you move the plastic bracket held by two 8mms screws out of the way. What I ended up doing. The injector clip closest to the firewall was a royal pain
Dope. I must've missed the screws. I was hella sleep deprived and very frustrated after removing/reinstalling the 6 port so many times.Yeah, it can be. It's a little easier if you move the plastic bracket held by two 8mms screws out of the way.
Some knowledge for next time.
I just tried this and get and “drivetrain stability error”. Gonna try discounting the coil packs instead. You can also just unplug the last DME connector (towards the windshield). Car will crank, but no ignition. Note you have to unplug all the connectors in order, front to back, to reach the last one.
This is my supposition as well. Only plug 6 stays off.did you plug back in 1-5 and leave 6 unplugged?
yea. I think I didn’t have one of the others seated quite right. Ended up disconnecting the coils and got it primed.did you plug back in 1-5 and leave 6 unplugged?
