A little background of my car.

Since I upgraded the turbo I have some build oil in the lower charge pipe piece. There is also some oil around where the charge pipe connects to turbo. I checked under my car and the bottom panel is also semi soaked in oil from the leaking. My oil levels are perfect and not dropping as I check weekly. The car has no problems, but I am concerned about the excess oil that is being produced and leaked. My tuner said a catch can will help.

Has anyone dealt with this issue and if so did adding the catch can prevent the excess oil build up and leaking. Also, which catch can did you guys go with.

Do you have either one? I was thinking going with dual catch can from Radium.

So, unless you're continuously pouring salad dressing on your car, the oil is coming and going from somewhere else. You're either confusing it with A/C discharge or whatever or it's oil and you're loosing it from somewhere.. You're better of investigating this...

When I rub my hand where the turbo and charge pipe connect there is a little oil there. So I took out the charge pipe and intake and that's where the oil was coming. its from the PCV and CCV by pass. These cars have this issue especially when upgrade your turbo and it consumes more oil it ill be show more.

Oil is in which part of the compressor housing? The inlet or the outlet?

I have the same issue on my car since I upgraded to a Pure800. I installed a Mishimoto catch can when I upgraded the turbo. But, unfortunately it doesn't seem to be doing anything. The catch can doesn't have any oil in it any time I've checked it and I get the same buildup near my turbo inlet. I was thinking about ordering the OEM hose from Toyota and removing the catch can to see if it makes a difference.
