Got my wheels delivered after half a years wait.
perfect timing as well, I started with 0 track days at the start of the year and I'm up to 9.
I think I'm ready for 200tw tires. Considering the kumho v730 mainly for the price point and good experience with them from friends.

camber plates have been ordered, hopefully I can get all this installed and setup before my next track weekend.

I was wondering what you ran when you went out in the car, as I ran into your wife in the paddock after you drove by. Vincent ran a 1:45 something in my car on Saturday and I ran a 1:48.0, but we were both slower on Sunday. Track conditions were obviously better on Saturday, so pulling a bunch of low 1:45's on Sunday afternoon is quick, especially considering my car is a little more modded than your blue car. I'd say, other than you being quicker than me  , the Supercars were probably a better choice of tire for Sunday vs my RE-71RS.

CMP is my 'home' track, so I have the benefit of a lot of seat time! I know I'm a broken record, but I am still blown away at how much easier this car is to drive than my '21. Best evidence is being able to rip through the kink at 110 min speed with full confidence.

I felt the track was realllly green the first part of Saturday. It was better in the afternoon but offset by the heat. The first session Sunday was the best for me but it got progressively slower throughout the day. I went out for one last go around 5pm for the open session and it was just worthless..

I'm really impressed with SC3 heat tolerance!

Ran the supercar 3 on my GT4 for 2 summers instead of the stock Cup 2. I have nothing but good things to say about the tire.

For sure slower that the Bridgestone, but more consistent and lasts longer. A solid bet for your use case IMO
I guess that wasn't a bad assessment afterall :)

This is 100% consistent with everything I know about the Supercars. I had a used set that I ran briefly, but moved to something else for OneLap use.

A couple of people run them in OneLap...including the '24 winner...but he's a bit of a special case. He's a Goodyear employee and had tire warmers that he used at almost every event to get heat in the tires for the short time trial sessions.

For DEs...the Supercar is hard to beat.

Where did you end up getting the 999’s from? Evasive?
Yessir. Required payment in full and had to wait months. But was worth it.

IF anyone is looking for camber plates, I'll soon have a pair of Verus ones (black). They've got a great personality, but not someone I would brag about on social media.

I mean something.

Evasive doesn't have the Backordered disclaimer on the 999s, so ostensibly in stock.

They never do. I've ordered things through them that had no messaging around being out of stock and get an email the next day saying "ETA in 2+ months"

Ah.. Figures. When I got the Club Racers they did have the disclaimer for the rears but not the fronts.
