Bought my car used and I'm wondering if I'm missing a couple fasteners. Some pics I see have fasteners here, many don't. Also, does anyone have a source for these or any of the other commonly broken plastic fasteners for this car?

This is a better answer.
Is that like a dress up screw set? (I have no idea). Why not, right? Dressing up the engine bay on a car like our beautiful Supra's is welcome.

I was being cheeky above, but it lit a fire under my ass to see if, in fact, all those shitty plastic push clips could be replaced with M6 rivnuts. Turns out: no. The diameter of that hole is very small, and not even an M4 rivsert would fit in the hole. They might be sized for M3 diameter, but it's very difficult to find countersunk washers sized for M3.

I may actually bore those holes out to M6 and drop rivnuts + countersunk washer into them for dressup. I truly hate those clips, and they're soft enough to look gnarly after a few removals even with a plastic trim removal tool. Zipping them out with an impact drill would probably be faster.

Bore them to 9mm or 5/16. Most of them are fine to do that way.

Sorry, to be clear: I meant I would bore the holes out to accommodate an M6 rivnut, which is the standard size for these plastic clips on other cars. But the Zupra is special.

This looks like what I was after, thank you!

How did you find this? Might be helpful to know in the future.
You're welcome!

I found it because my income is dependent on me knowing more about (mostly Toyota) vehicles, sub-assemblies, and specifically the individual parts that make them up, than most people could ever dream of. My signature kinda spells it out. ;)

I'm happy to help in any ways I can, so don't hesitate to ask. -RT
