Hi,
A few days ago I came across this post: https://www.supramkv.com/threads/mkv-supra-g8x-lci-steering-wheel-retrofit.25162/post-396766
I opened up the linked facebook page, and the OP had retrofitted a G series heated steering wheel to his car. He said it was as simple as connecting it and then entering the following codes using Bimmercode:

It looks like this steering wheel is missing a few cruise-control related buttons, so it would be cool if someone could make a steering wheel for the supra that contained all the buttons + the heated elements.

This is the first time that I have come across someone doing this, I was not aware that one could do this, so I'm guessing there are others that do not know about this either. Hope some people found this interesting and/or have done this and would like to post about their experience doing this.

I have it working since almost 1 1/2 years.
With all buttons and heating working.

Ah shit, that's so dope bro!
Would you say the instructions listed above were sufficient to enable the heated steering wheel functionality?

There’s also a hidden setting in bimmercode that will auto turn on your heated steering below certain temperature. So if you get a heated core steering without the button, this may work.

Your adaptive cruise control is fully functional with the ability to use the gap adjust?

The extent to which Toyota phoned it in on the cabin experience never stops amazing me.

Not a Corvette.

Very subjective. I have the steering wheel the OP swapped to in my G20 330i and I personally prefer the OEM wheel in my Supra over it.

Sorry for the late answer - They are custom made dry carbon plates. I've made the "design" and found a company which produced them for me ?

Sometimes things like this are doable yourself at home. You can buy carbon fibre in small plates of varying thicknesses of 100mm x 100mm for example and make stuff like this on the bench.
