So here's another working log we'd like to share with you.
We just finished the first sample of our A90/A91 Dry Carbon Hood Vent Replacement in our factory.

And we're now testing the position of the clips for the installation to make sure they can fit the OEM holes on the hood properly.
Since the replacement is integrally formed instead glued the tenon on the pieces, it takes more time than we expected.
But we promise that they are definitely worth the wait, please stay tuned!

Looking forward to this. I purchased the SupraStar's CF vent and installed it. I do like it but the idea of having the tabs is definitely better. Will this only come in dry CF or will there be a clear coat version and would you happen to be doing a matte black version as well? Even though i like CF, i would love an OEM finish one better.

They are made from dry carbon and in gloss/ matte finish.

Oh wow I had no idea Rexspeed was making a hood vent. Already have your mirror replacement caps and V2 spoiler installed. I also like the idea of using the factory clips over 3m tape more.

Hi all

The part is one-piece formed made from carbon fiber without FRP or ABS.
But we only made the classic carbon fiber weaves on the front side.
You can check the sample we just received. They are almost done, we're now trying to figure out if the mesh should be produced from carbon fiber or not.

It seems like many of the cheaper versions are having problems with the mesh failing (unglued or torn). So whatever is the most durable and heat-resistant (I presume CF) would definitely make paying more worth the cost IMO.

This - the big reason that I haven't pulled the trigger on these is that I'm worried about the mesh breaking off, which whatever, it's fixable, but I'd rather it JustWork™

Hello, this is slightly unrelated but can you comment on the splitting and deforming occurring in your V1 wings?
