Rust in Engine Bay

Was installing my MST intake today and noticed this rust. Should I be worried? It came from the coast so the humidity is pretty bad, but this seems way worse than my last one which I drove in Pcola for 2+ years. For context, it is right above the inlet pipe on the left side of the engine.

Seems like its an part of the turbocharger. It's completely normal, extreme temperature cycles causing oxidation. And turbocharges have a high content of iron, which we all know, are very prone to rust.

Turbo is cast metal with high iron content. Normal.
