Small amount of oil in intake pipe

I was about to install a new intake when I noticed that there's a small amount of oil in my intake pipe. Is this normal? Should I clean it or leave as is?

You can clean it for sure. If over time it increases you can look at catch can options

Same exact symptom in my 21'
Installed the Mishimoto oil catch can, been catching it all, and intake is super dry.
