Still waiting... How long have you been waiting for your GR Supra allocation/order/update etc.?

Just picked up my 24 GR Supra GOAT edition yesterday. Stratosphere blue with the hazelnut interior.

5/4/24 deposit placed on an unclaimed allocation

Initially given a 7/15-8/5 delivery window.

6/4/24 built and awaiting shipping to U.S.
7/3/24 car arrives at U.S. port in NJ.
7/16/24 car arrives at local/regional rail yard
7/23/23 car delivered to local dealership.

*Posting of online window sticker seems to correlate with when the vehicle arrives at U.S. port.

Am I correct that all GOAT editions are 6MT? ?

It took me 10 minutes to peruse toyota.com and find my Supra. By 9:00 that night, I was driving it home. I can't imagine waiting for two years.

demand has since dropped a lot, but trying to get a MT when they were released at msrp or not on some list was insane…glad you got yours fast but not all of us got the same luck

I forgot to mention that my car has an auto transmission. That explains part of why my acquisition was so quick. It was $1500 over MSRP in Nov. 23.

Did you see the odometer reading on that? No way would I pay that much for one with that many miles on the tach

It will be 2 years I ordered my MT in August. My salesman confirmed my car was at the Halifax port 3 weeks ago, but no news since and he's unable to provide an ETA. Soon I guess...

Car is still at port, pending installation of a "missing part"... Dealer doesn't know what the mysterious part is. New ETA is now September.

Hang in there. It is definitely worth the wait. The GR Supra has exceed my expectations. Picture do this car no justice. It’s my first experience in a modern performance BMW, and it is amazing.

I called 10 dealers in So Cal to see if anyone had a Supra manual on the lot I could sit in. One delaer had just got one in and the owner was coming at 1:00 pm the next day to buy the car so I could sit in it at 10:00 am after the battery was charged. That owner did not want the full black interior and passed on the car waiting for the next one. The salesmen told the sales manager I was his back up buyer and there was a big discussion in the office with the other sales men saying their person should get dibs on the car. In the end I had 5 minutes to decide if I wanted the car. Nothing I planned for that day but I wrote a check and drove home with the car. I had no idea there was that much demand for this car. Great car and great decision.

you didnt know about demand of the MT?! lol they have only made like 2k of them in manual and some of us took 1.5 years to get it from deposit haha. Glad you got it! You wont regret it and damn, your timing is epic. I love this car. What color did you get?
