port injection 1050cc injectors/ pump e85 call it a day.

xhp trans software to up the clutch pressure might help but as long as you keep the torque mitigated it will be fine

Personally I'd stick to a Pure 800/900 or Omega 65 over doing a top-mount kit if what you want is 600 WHP or so. Not much of a point in a top-mount at that power unless you really wanna make your car a show car.

that is the goal for now as the motor is still stock, reason why I choose to go top mount is my final goal would be around 900whp

pure 800/900 will pretty easily max out your stock trans with an ethanol tune. little easier to throw $3500 bucks at your car and yield 150-200 wheel in return with a bolt-on plug and play turbo and a tune.

i can also promise you that at the 600-650 wheel range a stock location/style turbo will out run a top mount simply due to lag/power curve

once you start getting past 700 the story flips the other way.

Not a Corvette.
If your final goal is really 900whp, try to be honest with yourself as most never actually do what they are going to say when it comes to that kind of power. If you REALLY are going to do that and do it right... the big items would be:

PI setup with LPFP upgrade
Intake Manifold
Full Exhaust
Big turbo
Built Trans
Built Engine
Axles

Before the "bUt tHe sToCk eNgInE CaN Do tHaT!" mouth breathers foam at the mouth and reply... I said doing it right.

If you don't actually plan on doing that kind of power and just want 600-650whp, and do it right:

DI or PI, your choice
Intake Manifold
DP
Pure 800
Full intake

If you want to be able to run the same boost in 6th gear+, then Built Trans as well.

As people have already mentioned, do not go top mount right away unless you're okay with significant turbo lag. At most, get a full frame for the stock location then upgrade to top mount if you really want it (there are stock location options which will get you to 900whp)

I’ve thought about the pure 800/900 kits but I really don’t like a stock location turbo kit, I know I am not going to be happy because I really like the big snail to be posted up right there when I open up the engine bay lol , also didn’t want to buy two turbo kits and yes my final goal is around 900hp or maybe a little more, motor will be built, I will not run 900hp on a stock motor that’s just asking for trouble and pure stage 1 or 2 trans will be put in before the 900hp goal , still a long ways from there so I am going to stay around 600-650 for now to be on the safe side for the stock motor

It’s been said, but I will repeat it. If you upgrade the transmission and are running650 hp and not limiting the torque your pistons will go boom. Make sure you have a good tuner that limits torque or just upgrade the pistons and rods now to be safe.

Ok genius. Here’s pictures proving it. But whatever, do what you want. The rods & pistons are a weak point with added horsepower and torque, the slipping transmission that was upgraded left the motor with slap. But kindly try it and prove me wrong. Can’t wait for your $20,000+ mistake.
