Yeah, sales for the C8 have been postponed until the next model year, so I'm worried the same thing will happen to the Supra

That was related to a GM strike in 2019 that delayed start of production of the C8 and limited 2020 production, so it's a different situation (ie, unrelated to coronavirus). In the case of the C8, the sold out of 2020 production, which is why no new orders are being accepted for 2020 models. They plan to begin taking 2021 orders on schedule. I wouldn't be surprised if 2021 production got affected by coronavirus, but that is a different story.

Dealers in some areas are fighting to be considered a critical business so they don’t have to close. I would think a good deal should be manageable in many areas if you apply the right polite pressure. The salesman may not like it, but the dealership may just want to get out of the risk of holding inventory for considerable time.

Not legit. All his mumbling is hypothetical at best. He's guessing. He's probably close though. It's not far fetched to think the A91 will cost the same as an LE. The only hard one to figure out is the 2.0

If polish prices are any indicator for US and we assume 3.0 costs here an equivalent of 55k $, 2.0 should start around 37k $, since 2.0 is around 1/3 cheaper than 3.0 here.

funny you say this, i picked up a 2020 today! i couldn't wait any longer. it was slightly used, with 4k miles, but i got it for 46k, premium and everything. about the same i would've paid for the 2.0 lol

You got roughly $2 / mile off from list. I think you made the right choice there vs getting a 2.0. Congrats.

Nice, I would have done the same. I think the years from now the 4 banger Supra will end up like the NA MK4s. WAY Lower resale with no one really wanting one except to do an engine swap.

Him and his stupid videos. I stopped watching it when he said it’s okay to be in debit for 2 expensive cars while renting a $50k shack. And being a role model for younger kids and setting them for failure.

His comments about living with bare essentials and stuff is stupid. Driving two expensive cars while having to cut back everywhere else is not living life.
