I think you can see the true enthusiast brands leaning into hybrid as the answer and in a lot of cases using the battery system to make the ICE even better. I'm with you on the full EV. I don't think OEMs really care about the infrastructure and disposal and honestly why should they. If a consumer buys a car without proper support that's on the consumer. I do think the cost of manufacturing them in mass without aligned sales like you said will probably be the downfall.I really dont know when this whole full EV “trend” from car manufacturers is going to stop. Clearly, its not selling well, its overly expensive (except some Tesla) and where the batteries will be disposed after its life span?
