It was just the Ft-1
On paper, it may appear that this is simply the FT-1 but there is a probability that Toyota might have provided Polyphony with the near-final performance specs of the upcoming Supra GRMN in order to emulate the production model in the guise of the FT-1.

My rationale for this? Back in January 2014 when the RC-F debuted at the Detroit Auto Show, Lexus did not provide the final engine specs of the RC-F but only stated that it would make "more than 450HP". In mid-2014, an update was provided on Gran Turismo 6 where you were able to drive the track-built Lexus IS-F CCS-R. Though not too many people know this, the IS-F CCS-R used a modified version of the IS-F's 2UR engine that would essentially be used for the upcoming RC-F.

When you purchased the IS-F CCS-R in the game, the engine specs would only show what the IS-F engine was currently making (416HP, 371 ft/lb of torque, and a rev limit of 6,800 RPMS).

What I discovered (and I don't think most folks learned this) is when you did the well-known Gran Turismo trick of getting fresh oil for your new car, it would increase the HP and TQ slightly. This might not sound like a big deal but when you look at the exact change in horsepower and torque, it was near identical to the final production engine specs of the RC-F engine (467 HP and 389 ft/lb of torque)! Even the rev limit changed from 6800 to 7200 RPM (near identical to the actual 7300 RPM rev limit of the RC-F). This discreet reveal was several months prior to Lexus' official release of the engine specs of the RC-F.

As I still have both Gran Turismo 6 and GT Sport, I'll tinker around with both versions of the FT-1 to see if I notice any changes between both versions. Let's also remember that it was the driving dynamics of the virtual FT-1 in GT6 that sold Akio Toyoda on moving forward with creating the physical FT-1 concept.

I found this on IG, looks like the section under the nose is an intake.
