My local dealership in Bremerton even gave me a $30 discount. OP, try reaching out to other places.
Might be difficult for OP to go to a different dealer, if the first has already logged a warranty claim for the part.

From what I’ve experienced, I wouldn’t be surprised with inflexibility on Toyota’s side. Even if their own dealer messed something up. Maybe TMC USA handles customer service better? Cos TMC AsiaPac doesn’t even entertain direct queries/complaints. On the rare occasion they answer the phone, they give you a weird email address that probably goes straight to trash.
