Ha! I'm use to buying Jeep Wrangler aftermarket wheels.
I honestly did not know what to expect on price.
I still could not shell out that kind of coin for wheels. Even though they look amazing!

 You're def in for a treat when it comes to sports car wheels. You can kiss the $100 Pro Comp wheels out the door. lol

As much as I like HRE's, you can get a set of BBS, Volks, Work, Rays wheels for a lot less then HRE's.

Anything truly forged will run in the 1800-2400 per wheel range though. HRE is very much alive and active in the BMW and euro scene.

Hardly. My "Truley forged" Weds were 1600 new... for all 4. PS HREs are not all truly forged. They are 3 piece wheels with spun aluminum hoops pressed over a die like most 3 piece wheels are made. I can get the same thing locally from Kodiak Wheels for about 2000 to 2500 a set (size dependent of course). Works in CA too. In the early 2000s a 17 inch HRE was about 700 bucks, which was considered very expensive even then. They have always catered to high end markets but that doesn't mean the quality of their product is that much better then their competitors.

Looks like Toyota took the entire podium at Daytona with first, second, and third positions! Not a NASCAR fan...but still a very nice win for Toyota!

I think I'm the only one on here who likes the two-toned wheels. I prefer them to the all-black, by far. The black, making an all red and black car, is has too few contrasts. I love the machine-look touches that bare metal gives a car.
