Those LED’s, are as Guff said it in another, DRL’s and double as turn signals. The Lexus RCF has these and maybe the GSF...

I don't like to point to styling comparisons like many people do ("Ford Fusion looks just like an Aston Martin" etc), but at that angle the rear quarter looks very much like a Cayman. I think the overall shape of the roofline and quarter are substantially different, but from that angle it certainly looks pretty close.
