For anyone else who has the akrapovic full exhaust, did you notice that the left side exhaust tip sticks out more than the right side? There’s no way to push it in and even out the tips. Has anyone found a solution to this?

Most exhaust can be adjusted by either the clamps or hangers

Several GR Supra owners with the Akrapovic full exhaust system have noticed that the left exhaust tip protrudes more than the right. Here's what others have found and what you can try:

🔧 Common Issue: Uneven Tip Alignment

This is a known quirk with some Akrapovic setups on the A90/A91 Supra. The asymmetry is usually due to:

  • Slight manufacturing tolerances in the titanium piping
  • Mounting bracket flex or misalignment
  • The slip-on connection not seating evenly

🛠 Solutions Owners Have Tried

Here’s what’s worked for some folks on this forum:

1. Manual Realignment

  • Loosen the clamp bolts on the slip-on section.
  • Gently rotate and push the tips inward while tightening.
  • Some users had to bend the hanger brackets slightly to get better symmetry.

“Tons of trying to align it, and then trying to bend it. It’s not perfect, but it’s close. You’d have to look really hard to see.” — SupraMKV user

2. Reinstall with Spacer Adjustments

  • Use washers or spacers on the mounting brackets to shift the muffler slightly.
  • This can help center the tips more evenly.
Good luck.
