No Mani-cooler cools below ambient, or even remotely close to ambient, unless it has an ice box attachment, which we aren’t talking about here.Sure, if a heat exchanger change did lower temps, which it doesn't, while spraying meth. You're already below ambient. If anything, in that situation a larger reservoir of cold side coolant would hurt temps as it is fighting the meth evaporation chill.
I think you are talking about a heat exchanger while we are talking about a mani-cooler. Neither of which will cool below ambient, so not sure where that is coming from.
