If I’m wanting to figure out PID output so when I make adjustments to FF I’ll know what my wgdc will be I need to know where to get Internal mapping numbers.
and am I multiplying boost error by internal mapping and PID gain? Or how do I figure out PID output exactly

FF Curve = Internal Mapping * duty bias/50 * FF/100
PID Output = boost_error (boost vs. boost target) * Internal Mapping * PID Gain
PWM = FF Curve + PID Output

If you're talking about the JB4, diff the logged outputs for FF and WGDC. This is the PID output. In general, the default PID gain of 20 gives the PID a range of +/-8.

So if I want FF closer to wgdc I can try lowering PID gain from 20 to 15?
