Good to know! I still havent decided on which intake I want but one is definitely on my mod list. Then a tune, whenever that becomes available....

Had a little fun over the weekend.

Everyone says it and I didn't believe them. These paint matched reflectors really are annoying af to install lol. Using a heat gun was a game changer though, I saw others recommend that. One thing I forgot was that the rear has that little hidden screw and I definitely just ripped the bumper out without taking the screw out of the first side ?. I hate myself lol but it also doesn't matter when you put it back together, clip it in, and tighten the screw back down on the partially ripped plastic lol. I also lost that same screws in the abyss of the back bumper but luckily found it pretty quickly. Oh and I opted to do this install without removing any of the tires ??

I got to the last reflector and was so over it that I snapped the oem one in half getting it out ?. Whatever. Everything's done now and it looks amazing so it was worth it.

Video of completion (and bonus idle of my PowerNeedy downpipe):

Isn’t it easier to just vinyl wrap the reflectors? I’ve seen the install process and I say “Hell to No” on that one.

I drove my car to lunch and someone shouted "Nice BMW!" which made me feel insecure and poor for not owning a MKIV lol. How about you guys haha
What were they driving, a Hyundai? Its usually the people with clapped out beaters that say those comments.

In case anyone is interested in OEM parts have the factory intake with K&N filter inside that was used for about 200 miles before I got a Injen intake

I also have the factory springs with only about 150 miles on them

Maxton Design Gurney Flap with the 3M tape on ready to be installed

I wonder if there is a difference in US spec vs EU spec since I don´t find the horn that pathetic, but then again I have only used it once or twice.
I wouldn't be surprised if they were, to be honest

Single tone pathetic "hi hi, how may I help you " horn... really embarrassing when what you really want is "get the f.. out of my way"

Big wing. The car finally looks and handles how I think it should.

Love the BC Forged wheels? Do you have any issues with rubbing on the rear fenders? What size and offset did you choose for the rears? Thanks.

No rubbing, and I'm lowered about 1.3" with RS-R Super Down springs, which AFAIK are the biggest drop of all the springs out there. Quality of BC-Forged is extremely impressive. I spent a ton of time inspecting each wheel before mounting tires and could not find a single blemish. The color and coat was even and smooth across every wheel. Glad I decided to get them.

Specs are...

FRONT: 19x9.5+25 with 275/35 -- these are the OEM rear tires moved up front
REAR: 19x11+35 with 305/30 -- BFGoodrich Rival S 1.5

I'd have even more clearance if I went 275/30 upfront, but the rear tires are excellent and only had 2500 miles on them so it felt like a waste and a shame to dump them. The +25 offset (versus the usual 22) was pretty key to this fitment.
