I wouldn't imagine that's totaled. At first glance it doesn't look like a ton of damage. I hope things will work out, hopefully you're okay!
lowkey wanna do roughly the same, except a big single out the reverse triangle in the center. Might have to get a bumper of my own and get to work LOLBought a spare rear bumper off eBay and went at it with the rotary tool.
All in hopes of some day soon having a quad tip FI exhaust set up.

love it! I did the same thing on mine, but it's not as visible on a nocturnal... should have gone for another color when I bought it... the everlasting wisdom of hindsight..
Did your airbags go off? If so, combined with the other damage, I'd expect the car is totalled, as airbags are surprisingly expensive to replace.
Very much this. I'd much rather the car get totaled if the airbags go off. Replace it with a new one and start over.
Hope you're ok buddy, why would the side airbags deploy for a rear end?
hope everyone was ok. Depends, make sure to go to a Toyota/bmw Jim Ellis body shop if possible. Or go somewhere very reputable that charges a lot of money, that typically means they use oem parts and the higher the quote the more likely it will be totaled. They also need to do a electronic frame check to see if that’s bent, a lot of lower class body shops don’t even do this.
