What dealer is this? Can't the dealer just tell you in advance what day the Supra tech will be in?

I'm trying to get the free Toyota Care done before it turns three in August.

It's Koons in Arlington, VA. Three other Toyota dealers told me that they have no Supra techs and this is the first dealer I spoke with that would do it. Three "no thanks", two more never called back.

Wonder if they'll just give me the oil and filter and I'll do the work myself
Took me all but 20 mins to do the break in oil change on my QuickJack @1200 miles

You can't! You have to be a Supra tech.
