I might suggest you adjust your riding style if your dragging pegs on a street triple on the road. Even on my old Ducati 1000ss on the track with my old school no hanging off riding style the last thing I need to worry about is dragging pegs. Same on the old 2007 GSXR1000.
I rode friends Harley one, once was enough believe me. I was shocked at how appalling they were in the going around corners department and I'd lowered the bar a LOT for the experience. Bordering on lethal.

Def not scraping my pegs on the road. Referring to the track. Fairly certain those sportsbikes have their pegs a bit higher than a naked like mine. Even the older Duc.
I also think it depends on the track. It's really not hard to scrape your pegs on the first corner of Brands Hatch (if you're familiar with that track), where i spent a lot of time until i left the UK. Negative camber downhill turn...
