These look nice! Since they are covers, are the heated seats still working fine? Do they fit well? Pain to install?
The heated seats still work just take longer to heat up. They fit very tight, the fit is spot on. Took about 30-40 min to install, not too bad the hard part was getting the headrest pieces out. You basically just yank on the bottom corners and lift up really hard.

My shop finished up my Pure 650 install today and hooboy it's exactly what I wanted. No noticeable change in spool and the thing wants to keep pushing out power through the whole rev range. E30 tune on this thing absolutely rips. Can't wait to get it on track and bully some corvettes and porsches.

what does the customer throttle mapping look and feel like?
Coded it tonight and will go for a drive tomorrow. Once you select custom, it defaults to Sport in Sport, so I've reset them both to "normal" to see if its different to what Sport normally feels like. I only ever drive in Sport mode anyway, and haven't coded Sport+.

Bunch of fun stuff this week. Old turbo kit removed and sold, hood exit fabricated, charge pipe and wastegate dump fabricated, everything powder coated and cerakoted. Deleted the small water pump, plugged the block, cleaned up that area. Should be ready to roll next week!

I should probably open a new thread but after trying the new MHD custom throttle setting - I set the custom Sport throttle to normal and drove it exclusively in sport mode as I generally do - there was definitely a difference.

I just drove it around town but overall the car felt a lot smoother and dare I say it, it actually seemed to improve that pesky 1-2 shift as the power came on less abruptly. Having said this, this did make the car feel slower but I think it might be because I've been feathering the throttle for so long, I need to get used to the new input.

Curious to see how it behaves on B roads.

Oh, and I didn't get any oil or tyre inflation warnings after applying the OTS tune this time.. but I did get a CEL. 😅 The code cleared without issue but still.. FFS.

Did the same and I agree with you. Felt a little slower, but the speed climbed just as fast as before. With the smoother throttle I hope the tires hold traction a little better

I don't want to go too early, but it was pretty transformative. Might take her out for a hill climb tomorrow.

As an FYI, every_single_throttle_map has 100% pedal = 100% throttle.

So at WOT, all the same.

At below WOT, oem throttle mapping is overall different, and a certain % of pedal will equal different % of torque request in each different mode.

MT has the best OEM throttle mapping. It's much "softer" than the over-amped AT mapping. M-lites have more sane mapping for AT.
