I go for any top tier high volume gas station but Sunoco is my favorite in the northeast now. This stuff really actually makes a difference compared to Shell and Exxon

That’s my rule too. My understanding is Top Tier gas includes detergents that can help prevent carbon build up. There is a website that explains it all. Here is a list of brands off their website:

I used to avoid CITGO because it was one of the "cheap" gas stations in my area, but ever since I learned their TriClean gas is TopTier, it's my favorite gas station now.

It's cheap because CITGO is Venezuelan gas.

I used to use costco but the wierd thing with their pump is when I use the lever on the pump handle to keep it pumping until the tank is full, it only fills my tank leaving 1 bar left on the gas gauge and never fully fills up.
Noticed this too!
Kinda worked around it by lifting up the nozzle to where it angles more downward.
Now fills up all the way but have to hold it upward.

I got annoyed because I thought it was the pump. I tried another pump on the next fill up and same thing!
Now I primarily use Sinclair.

Wow 4,319$ for premium per Gallon, you lucky :D

I try to use gas which comes from bp, doesn’t matter which gas station.
Usually the 93, sometimes 94 premium.
Car runs smooth so I can’t complain :D

From day one, I have always had trouble with the gas pump clicking off every 2 gallons even though there was plenty of room left. The Costco pumps (here in California at least) are the most finicky when it comes to staying on. If I just put in the nozzle normally, then it will often click off after just a few gallons. So I try to angle the nozzle at around 4 o'clock and that seems to help a bit.

Also knowing that every bar in the gas gauge roughly equals two gallons helps me know how much to expect to fill up.

That’s just California gas pumps.
