Revisiting this thread due to NC gas shortage...how bad am I screwing my car if put a few gallons of regular in? There's no premium gas anywhere to be found and it hurts my soul to pump this garbage juice down my cars throat lol. I'm driving like granny and sport mode off to go easy on her
Sheets has e85. Just add a couple of gallons of e85 and it will push your octane to suitable levels.

A touch off topic...

With all city spirited driving in sport mode and I get about 200 miles out of a full tank.

I know the tank is kinda small at 13.XX gallons. I didnā€™t buy the car for great mileage... just wish the tank was larger. Just seems like I fill up often.

Others?

93 octane here in FL. I wish I had e85/50 stations by me cause I need more power.

Fortunately where I am at in North Florida we have quite a few e85 pumps around. I usually check the E85 Florida group on FB to see if any new stations pop up from time to time.

I'd love a bigger tank as well. That sounds about right with all city miles... I'm 95% highway with mine and I usually fill up at ~300 miles. I think I could probably get 350 out of a tank if I was really conservative and drove it to the warning. The minute I'm at one bar, I'm filling... so around 12 gallons (~25 mpg which is what the computer says as well).

91 is the best here unless I drop the big bucks for 100 which is only available at one or two stations.

you'll be ok if its only a temporary thing just don't beat on it. If you fill up a full tank with 87 I would recommend to buy a octane booster so it jumps up to 93 or close to it.

That's pretty much all I use as well... unless I'm running low after 9:30pm on a weekday.

I am juist curious if everyone is using the 91 octane fuel? what abould people who daily it. are they also using 91 or just going with 87 octane!
Currently I run 5 gallons of E85 and the rest 93 on map 5 of JB4. Huge difference in HP.
