I just received my eBay winglets. It came with double-sided adhesive and a little black tube of glue I'm assuming.

What was your installation procedure? Yes, also googling we speak.
I used the tape it came with only. (mine came with 3m tape) Along the perimeter as well as some in the middle for extra holding power. I wouldn't recommend using the glue. Mine have been in place for 2+ years at this point including multiple track days.

Just make sure what they gave you is 3M Automotive or another reputable tape brand. My Armaspeed deflectors I got last year came with a pre-applied no-name-brand and one flew off at 80 MPH after a few weeks (other one was still secure, but surprisingly easy to pull off.

I wouldn't use any form of glue / non-single-piece adhesives.

I've tested it to 120 km/h (about 75 mph) without issues so far. Wind buffeting is gone!

I used the double-sided tape and glue that came with the package.
