Seems right in there.Hi,
i got an offer of 3900 Dollar of XPEL with 200µ for Hood / front / mirrors / fenders and side doors for 3900 USD. How do you see it ? Too expensive ?
Thanks
Convenience factor.What am I missing?
I guess....I've done PPF on my own, frustrating, but after saving me several thousand dollars I'd say worth.Convenience factor.
Do it yourself, buy some tools, buy wrong things, mess it up a few times, burn the house down, no time, no talent, no patience.
vs pay to get it done in few days.
That seems high. Buts its mostly a labor cost. So it kinda depends on your local area. I paid $1700 for Xpel on the front bumper, hood, mirror and front quarter fenders.Hi,

That’s very reasonable and similar to what I paid. The front bumper alone takes many hours. The shop that did mine had to do the front bumper twice because of difficulty.Hi,

Lol...I hear ya, but paying someone $15 to make a burger that would cost me $5 at home is a lot different than paying someone $6k for something that cost $500 in materials. Why go out to eat? Or a bar, or do literally anything you can do yourself with a bunch of practice?
It's easier. 10000% pay someone else to do it for me.
~ it’s an art to install ppf. you get what you pay for. an investment of sorts. ?Lol...I hear ya, but paying someone $15 to make a burger that would cost me $5 at home is a lot different than paying someone $6k for something that cost $500 in materials.
Yes, I hear ya. 100%. The stress and annoyance is definitely worth the 5500 extra for me. Also, I really hate sticky things. I can barely get plastic wrap on the left overs.Lol...I hear ya, but paying someone $15 to make a burger that would cost me $5 at home is a lot different than paying someone $6k for something that cost $500 in materials.
thats what I got quoted, so I opted just for hood/front and quarts coating or whatever turned out $1700, I barely drive the car though so I should be fine
