Sorry that happened to you OP. I hope you're able to get your money back some how. Worst case scenario you're out on $500, but at least you didn't send him anymore than that. I have seen people lose $1k+ on online transactions. Again, best of luck.

Very simple. He advertised 3-4 different items on the forum. He marked them sold after a couple inquiries. He posted trd cf mirror covers for 500. Sent pics to me upon request. Told him I would take them He requested using Venmo. I paid. He gave me a bogus FedEx number. After a couple dm exchanges he stopped responding. Scum.

Did you report him to the Supra Forum? He will get banned.

It's official, this little prick got me for $500. Anyone who might have any info DM me. Admins DM me. Going to get info from Venmo. All info will be turned over to some police detective friends of mine. More info the better.

You should probably reach out to them. They go through a fair bit of stuff, so they may not get around to this for a while.

always be super careful and diligent online, As of yesterday I have sent over $20,000 to people on this forum, and knock on wood luckily all been legit, but That is why I always use paypal goods and services for first time buyers especially. it is a tough world and people have no morals or ethics anymore unfortunately. best of luck OP. hopefully it works out .

Im not familiar with them but i would never use Venmo to buy products online. You get no protection whatsoever.

This actually isn’t true. Venmo now has an options that protects buyers.

I wouldn’t risk my name of my business attempting to rip someone off for a few bucks.

I no longer accept PayPal for any type of reason. The shit they put business owners through absurd and predatory. If someone wants to buy something that isn’t on the website or wants a deal on something I request Venmo to avoid excessive merchant fees and delays in processing and typically pass he savings onto the buyer.

Something doesn’t feel right about Supred.

I tried to buy a HKS intake from him. When I requested to pay via PayPal and told him I will cover the fees myself, he refused initially. When I asked him why, he suddenly was “open to PayPal” but instead of giving me his PayPal email, he said he will send me a payment request.

That payment request never arrived. So I consider myself very lucky.
